Sensitivity and selectivity determination of bisphenol A using SWCNT-CD conjugate modified glassy carbon electrode

► An electrochemical sensor for sensitive determination of BPA was fabricated by modifying glass carbon electrode with SWCNT-β-CD conjugate. ► The constructed sensor showed low detection limit (1.0 nM), high sensitivity (1256 μA mM−1), fast response time (<5 s), and great selectivity. ► The sensor was applied to determine BPA leached from real plastic samples with good recovery.
