Abstract
⺠Four plant species were used to test the phytostabilisation of mine soils. ⺠Pyrite acidified and mobilised trace elements, and was controlled by liming. ⺠Retama sphaerocarpa and Myrtus communis improved soil quality. ⺠Phytostabilisation is a feasible phytotechnology for mine soil management.
