Abstract
⺠We used three systems, Allium cepa, bacterial and human erythrocytes to check refinery toxicity. ⺠We examined change in Allium cepa chromosomes and nucleus upon treatment. ⺠We also observed decrease in %survival of E. coli K12 strains upon treatment. ⺠% Hemolysis was higher in MRWW treated erythrocytes.
