Abstract
► Hazardous dichloromethane was highly recovered (82%) with optimized cost. ► Factorial experimental design was used to optimize the experiments. ► The use of vacuum regeneration helped in cooling the bed and achieved regeneration. ► Simulations were precisely obtained for the experimental results.
