Abstract
► The emulsion liquid membrane process for synthetic reactive dyes recovery was examined. ► Mobile carriers of tri-dodycylamine and salicyclic acid was used in formulation to remove the reactive dyes from simulated wastewater. ► Almost 100% of dye was extracted and recovered in receiving phase. ► An electrical field was used to breakdown the emulsion to separate the liquid membrane and receiving/recovery phase.
