Abstract
⺠Inoculation of endophytic bacteria, Pseudomonas sp. A3R3 increased the biomass of Brassica juncea and Ni content of Alyssum serpyllifolium. ⺠Pseudomonas sp. A3R3 showed the potential to produce plant growth promoting substances and plant polymer hydrolyzing enzyme. ⺠This strain also exhibited high level of colonization in the tissue interior of both plant species.
