Abstract
⺠(+)-(1R-cis-αS)-alpha-cypermethrin was 30 times more toxic than the (â)-isomer to earthworm. ⺠The chiral HPLC analysis method for alpha-cypermethrin in earthworm tissue was established. ⺠The bioaccumulation of alpha-cypermethrin in earthworm was enantioselective.
