Abstract
⺠Trace levels of lead in blood samples of healthy children and with different kidney disorders ⺠Pre-concentration of Pb+2 in acid digested blood samples after chelating with two complexing reagents. ⺠Multivariate technique was used for screening of significant factors that influence the CPE of Pb+2 ⺠The level of Pb+2 in diseased children was significantly higher than referents of same age group.
