Abstract
⺠The present work investigated the toxicity of CdTe QDs on the function of mitochondria isolated from rat livers. ⺠These results will help us learn more about QDs toxicity at subcellular (mitochondrial) level. ⺠QDs toxicity on mitochondria indicates that the QDs require to be further improved before they can be safely used in clinic.
