Abstract
⺠H2O2 is catalytically generated for Fenton process using H2 substitutes and O2. ⺠Formic acid, hydrazine and hydroxylamine are used as H2 substitutes. ⺠Halide ions are not able to promote the efficiency of the process. ⺠Formic acid shows a remarkable performance in acidic conditions. ⺠For neutral wastewaters, hydroxylamine is able to achieve a better efficiency.
