Abstract
⺠A spectrophotometric kinetic method was proposed to determine phenolic compounds. ⺠The method was based on the inhibitory effect on the oxidation of rhodamine B. ⺠Chemometrics were applied to resolve the kinetic data and quantify the phenols.
