Abstract
⺠We investigated the emission characteristics of pollutants in relation to food and cooking types. ⺠The results indicated the largest pollutant emissions came from the roasted coffee seeds. ⺠Some cooking methods contribute significantly to the build up of nuisance and hazardous pollution.
