Abstract
⺠Hypothesis: DRT induces a potential rewarding effect in an animal model of PD. ⺠Method: The motivational effects of DRT and cocaine assessed using the CPP paradigm. ⺠Conclusion: Predominant roles D3R subtypes in rewarding properties of DRT.
