Abstract
⺠Dkk1 was induced and the increase of Dkk1 precedes the PC12 cells loss. ⺠Dkk1 contributed to the MPP+-induced neurotoxicity via inhibition of Wnt signaling pathway. ⺠Dkk1 antagonists may be a potential target in the treatment of PD.
