Abstract

âº mGluR7 enhances release downstream of Ca2+ channels. âº mGluR7 enhances release at nerve terminals with N Ca2+ channels at physiological [Ca2+]. âº mGluR7 enhances release at nerve terminals with P/Q Ca2+ channels only at low [Ca2+].
