Abstract
⺠Monitored dynamic changes of extracellular agmatine using in vivo microdialysis. ⺠Water maze training leads to increased levels of agmatine in the hippocampus. ⺠Swimming only did not affect agmatine levels in the hippocampus. ⺠Hippocampal agmatine participates in spatial information processing.
