Abstract
⺠Egis-11150 is a candidate antipsychotic effective in preclinical psychosis models. ⺠Egis-11150 shows robust procognitive potency in four different animal models. ⺠Inhibitor of adrenergic alpha1, alpha2c, 5-HT2a, 5HT7 receptors with high affinity. ⺠Relatively selective blocker of adrenergic alpha2c over adrenergic alpha2a receptors.
