Abstract
⺠A systematic research strategy with a target defining loop is introduced. ⺠Virogenetic and optogenetic approaches are used as an effective target defining tool. ⺠Focusing on the neuronal activity during the target defining is highly important. ⺠The identified potential therapeutic targets and related studies are reviewed.
