Abstract
⺠Non-motor features of PD represent important challenges in the clinical management of PD. ⺠We reviewed clinical and experimental findings of anxiety in PD. ⺠Anxiety disorders are often under-diagnosed and under-treated in PD patients. ⺠The search for new agents for the anxiety relief in PD is necessary. ⺠We hope to motivate clinicians and researchers to change this scenario.
