Abstract
⺠Presynaptic AMPAR coexist and functionally interact with nAChR on DA terminals. ⺠Nicotine pretreatment increases the rate of internalization of AMPAR. ⺠The nAChR-AMPAR cross-talk is selective and linked to the presence of GluA2 subunits.
