Abstract
⺠Selective NK2 receptor agonists do not elicit behavioural effects in the brain. ⺠NK1 receptors are essential for generating central actions induced by NKA. ⺠High-affinity NK2 receptor antagonist inhibits behavioural effects induced by NKA. ⺠A NK1/NK2 receptor cross-talk mediates NKA actions in the brain.
