Abstract
⺠Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of lisdexamfetamine (LDX) and d-amfetamine. ⺠Microdialysis with simultaneous determination of locomotor activity and drug levels. ⺠LDX produced large increases in striatal dopamine efflux without locomotor activity. ⺠LDX is predicted to have a better therapeutic window than d-amfetamine.
