Abstract
⺠EPO promotes RGCs survival and axonal regeneration after optic nerve crush in vivo. ⺠EPO results in RhoA inactivation and increases expression of GAP-43 protein. ⺠RhoA/ROCK pathway is involved in the EPO effect to promote RGCs axon regeneration.
