Abstract
⺠MOR signaling is enhanced in the nucleus accumbens of mice that express ÎFosB. ⺠KOR inhibition of adenylyl cyclase is also enhanced in mice expressing ÎFosB. ⺠Expression of ÎFosB does not alter CB1R signaling in the nucleus accumbens.
