Abstract
⺠In Cebus monkeys, D1 agonist-induced oral dyskinesia was reduced by CB1 agonism. ⺠D1 agonist-induced oral dyskinesia was not reduced by CB1 antagonism. ⺠D2 antagonist-induced dystonia was not affected by CB1 agonism or antagonism. ⺠CB1 agonism may reduce dyskinesia associated with chronic antipsychotic treatment.
