Abstract
⺠EPs® 7630 has a robust effect against multiple different IAV strains in vitro. ⺠EPs® 7630 inhibits an early step of infection and acts on virus and host cell. ⺠Prodelphinidins constitute the active antiviral principle. ⺠Anti-influenza efficacy goes in parallel to the prodelphinidin chain length. ⺠EPs® 7630 administered by inhalation protects mice against a lethal virus challenge.
