Abstract
												⺠Silencing of SOCS1 by shRNA increased the anti-HCV effect of IFN. ⺠Overexpression of SOCS1 prior to IFN treatment inhibited JAK-STAT signaling pathway. ⺠SOCS1 negatively regulates IFN signaling during HCV treatment.
