Abstract
⺠ASP2151 is a helicase-primase inhibitor against Alphaherpesvirinae viruses. ⺠Combination effect of ASP2151 with existing antiherpes agents was studied. ⺠ASP2151 combined with ACV showed synergistic effect against HSV-1, HSV-2, and VZV. ⺠ASP2151 combined with VACV was more potent than each monotherapy in mouse model.
