Abstract
⺠We describe an efficient approach to generate antiviral single-domain antibodies. ⺠The activity of initially selected antibodies can be greatly increased by formatting. ⺠Described formatting procedure adds a trimerization domain to the antibody sequence. ⺠Formatted single-domain antibody can protect mice from influenza virus infection.
