Abstract
⺠CTVI have been extensively investigated against the Flavivirus and Pestivirus. ⺠It is firstly reported the feasibility of using CTVI against JEV infection. ⺠Expressed Cap-SNase could be use to efficiently inhibit JEV replication. ⺠CTVI approach will be applicable to JEV inhibition as a novel anti viral strategy.
