Abstract
⺠A novel minicircle derived siRNAs were designed to inhibit EV 71 and CA 16 infections. ⺠siRNAs interfered with viral expression and replication in cells and mice model. ⺠The minicircle system can be further developed into an effective treatment against HFMD.
