Abstract
⺠Early diagnosis of glaucoma remains a clear and unmet need. ⺠Apoptosis of RGCs has been identified as the earliest form of cell loss in glaucoma. ⺠DARC and capQ can be used for single apoptotic cell resolution imaging in vivo. ⺠DARC will soon be tested in a glaucoma Phase I clinical trial.
