Abstract
⺠Chemokine-cytokine network causes neuroinflammation that lead to neuropathic pain. ⺠Neuroinflammation after injury consists of peripheral and central sensitizations. ⺠Leukocytes interact with primary neurons and elicit peripheral sensitization. ⺠Spinal glial cells sensitize secondary neurons and elicit central sensitization. ⺠The roles of principal chemokines and cytokines in neuropathic pain were shown.
