Abstract
⺠This study revealed that A1AT and salivary IgA are increased even long time after a single episode of SM exposure. ⺠It also showed that the level of salivary A1AT is more elevated than IgA in severely injured (Hospitalized) cases. ⺠These findings provide valuable insight for researchers and practitioners concerned the sulfur mustard casualties. ⺠This research indicates that inflammatory processes needs more attention to take an appropriate therapeutic interventions.
