Sophoricoside isolated from Sophora japonica ameliorates contact dermatitis by inhibiting NF-κB signaling in B cells

► SOPH inhibits chemical-induced contact dermatitis. ► SOPH inhibits the functions of B cells rather than T cells, macrophage and dendritic cells. ► SOPH mainly inhibits NF-κB, but not MAPK signaling, in B cells. ► SOPH does not affect NF-κB and MAPK signalings in macrophages and dendritic cells.
