Abstract
⺠We confirmed the anti-inflammatory effect of i.p. and i.c.v. maprotiline in in vivo model. ⺠Maprotiline inhibited leukocyte migration and myeloperoxidase activity. ⺠Maprotiline also decreased levels of IL-1β and TNF-α.
