Abstract
⺠The effect of the immunomodulatory agent lapachol was studied through proteomics. ⺠Macrophages were TLR2-agonised or activated with IFN-γ. ⺠Cytosol and membrane protein levels were quantified after bi-dimensional separations. ⺠Changes in protein levels induced by lapachol indicated possibly affected functions. ⺠Cell migration, phagocytosis and protein degradation may be impaired.
