Abstract

âº Ephedrine hydrochloride promotes interleukin 10 and inhibits inflammatory cytokines production in TLR4 signaling. âº EH promotes LPS-induced IL-10 production by p38 activation. âº EH treatment protects mice from LPS-induced endotoxic shock, especially in the pre-treatment manner.
