Abstract
												⺠We measure the BMD and bone markers simultaneously to better estimate bone status. ⺠High bone loss rate is observed in high tacrolimus concentration group. ⺠High blood concentration of tacrolimus increases TRAP-5b serum levels. ⺠Tacrolimus may induce bone loss in kidney recipients by accelerate bone resorption.
