Abstract
⺠The anti-asthma effects of (±)-Praeruptorin A (PA) were studied using a murine model. ⺠PA significantly suppressed airway inflammation and airway remodeling in model mice. ⺠These effects may be due to its ability to intervene with TGF-β1 signaling pathway. ⺠PA was proved to be a potential candidate for the long-term treatment of severe asthma.
