Abstract
⺠Ac-SDKP treatment reduced renal damage in lupus-prone mice. ⺠Ac-SDKP suppressed inflammatory infiltration in the kidneys. ⺠Ac-SDKP inhibited the activation of NF-κB and production of TNF-α. ⺠Ac-SDKP attenuated renal expression of TGF-β1 and phosphorylation of Smad2/3.
