Abstract
⺠Human gingival fibroblasts play an important role in inflammatory responses in the periodontum. ⺠Bradykinin has been known to modulate expression of TLR. ⺠HGF treated with bradykinin showed up-regulation of TLR4. ⺠In HGF the treatment with LPS increase the inflammatory response induced by bradykinin. ⺠Bradykinin modulates the inflammatory response in HGF.
