Abstract
⺠We have successfully encapsulated ATRA in DSPC/cholesterol liposome. ⺠We compared the anticancer effect of free ATRA and encapsulated ATRA in vivo. ⺠More level of ATRA was found in serum and lung tissues of encapsulated ATRA treatment. ⺠More efficient anticancer effect is observed in encapsulated ATRA treatment.
