Abstract
⺠High-dose UVB irradiation induces epidermal LC reduction. ⺠Topical pimecrolimus 1% can reverse these UVB-induced epidermal LC reduction. ⺠UVB irradiation plus pimecrolimus treatment does not affect human LC maturation.
