Abstract
⺠G1-4A, increased phenotypic and functional maturation of BMDC. ⺠G1-4A treated DC increased cross presentation of tumor antigens. ⺠Increased cross-presentation resulted in activation of cytotoxic T cells. ⺠Tumor lysate pulsed G1-4A treated DC decreased tumor burden in vivo. ⺠DC therapy was effective in prophylactic as well as therapeutic tumor challenge.
