Abstract
⺠Geniposide inhibited the LPS-induced TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β production. ⺠Geniposide blocked the phosphorylation of IkBα, p65, p38, ERK and JNK in cells. ⺠Geniposide inhibited TLR4 expression and IL-8 production in HEK293-mTLR4/MD-2 cells. ⺠Geniposide attenuated lung histopathologic changes in the mouse models.
