Abstract
⺠The dose-dependent immunosuppressive effect of RV in preventing ADCC facilitated by hu14.18-IL2 immunotherapy in vitro. ⺠That RV at a tumor suppressive in vivo dose of 50 mg/kg is not immunosuppressive in vivo. ⺠This RV dose induces in vivo levels (1 mcM) that are not toxic to tumor cells or immune cells in vitro. ⺠Toxic effects of RV on immune and tumor cells in vitro are seen at RV levels â¥Â 25 mcM.
