Abstract
⺠Rat CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells with suppressive function could be induced by IL-2, TGF-β and atRA. ⺠These Tregs are effective in protecting rat trachea allograft rejection. ⺠They inhibit Th1 and Th17 cells function in vivo.
