Abstract
âºThe plant alkaloid cepharanthine (CEP) inhibits antigen uptake by dendritic cells. âºCEP also inhibits the maturation of dendritic cells induced by lipopolysaccharide. âºCEP may have potential as an immunoregulatory agent against autoimmune diseases.
