Abstract
⺠Topical immunization enables the use of antigens and adjuvant onto the skin to provide a novel approach of vaccination. ⺠Investigational study of niosomes to evoke systemic immune response against HBsAg by transcutaneous immunization. ⺠Topical immunization using niosomes with cell-binding B subunit of cholera toxin as an adjuvant is simple, stable and safe.
